Oil of Saint Expedite
Saint Expedite -- patron of New Orleans, called on in times of need and emergency. Unknown Saint, Saint of the Corssroads, Mercurial devil of the winged foot. Conqueror of procrastination, carrier spirit. Expedite arrived in New Orleans without a name, without anyone able to recognize him. The Ursulines took him, and named him Saint Expedite -- for the word 'Éxpedit' marked on the box he arrived in. Whether he is rightly Saint, or a devil-like figure taking his guise, as some argue, one thing is sure: Saint Expedite has accumulated one of the largest followings in both North and South American folk Catholic practices, despite not being officially recognized by the Roman Catholic church.
This Saint is called on in all manners of work, whether for gaining money, increasing business, selling a property, dominating rivals, winning court cases, blessing travels, road-opening, obtaining certain items, etc... Expedite will help anyone who calls on him, whether they have established a relationship with him or not, as long as he is paid his dues. Typically, poundcake, coffee, red wine, and red carnations (some say roses) are given as payment for any petition Expedite fulfills (in my experience, that is every. Single. One.)
Use our Oil of Saint Expedite to call on Saint Expedite by anointing and lighting red, green, or gold candles in front of his image. Anoint any petitions left with him, as well as any items on which his influence is wanted, such as dollar bills, coins, credit and debit cards, court documents, letters, bills, job applications, property ads, rosaries, medals, roman coins, keys, etc... or add to baths with coffee, laurel, honey, and cinnamon while praying Psalm 23 for help with any request. I keep this oil on my altar to regularly anoint myself during prayer, as well as any offerings, petitions, candles, or lamps I set with Saint Expedite. I also use it to anoint roots and talismanic curios to amplify his influence in my life.
This oil was brewed over the course of weeks and contains a range of animal, botanical, and mineral materia that reflect and focus the influence and power of the Saint. It was prayed over daily with Psalm 23 after petitioning Saint Expedite that his grace, influence, and might be within it.
Poundcake, Brown Sugar, Red Carnation petals, Ceylon Cinnamon, Dammar resin, Ginger root, Red Wine, joss money, High John the Conqueror Root, Gold, Vanilla Bean, Crow's feathers, Crossroads dirt etc...
